I get an error:

Whenever I try starting up WoW with the shortcut, ive done everything right. I hope I don't have to redownload all those files again.

WoW alpha was patch 1.0.2 or so. Everything is VERY buggy and can barely see stuff :\ Although fun to explore deleted places and stuff (you also start at lvl 12 and everything is kinda weird)

There are many other cases such as this, we need help!
