[Server Repack] Cackpack

Just thought I'd release the server setup I've been using for a while now. It runs as stable and as blizzlike as can be with no added spam. As I play normal WOW i've kinda used it as a testing ground.

This repack is also tested functional with Ackholes custom vendors/trainers should you wish to use it
