Creature with rage/energy

Is there any way to give a creature rage or energy?

can i ask why you would want to do this?

Either :
1. Mana is boring
2. Creature is warrior or rogue.

I am creating a boss which is only beatable if you mind control a creature. This creature has more armor so he dont take much damage and i want that you could use e. g. backstab or Battle shout with this creature. I added the spell to the ai_agents table but now the controlled creature needs rage/energy to use this abilletys.
