I've been searching, and searching; and I can not seem to find a TOS (agreement page) anywhere, so i'm asking my friends here at mmowned if you all can help me. I don't need anything fancy, as I can make the background and borders and such myself, I just want to find one so that a blizzrep cannot stumble into my site. Thanks to all who help, and I would appreciate any fast responses as I need this A.S.A.P. Also, if one could include a simple readme to set it up, that would give me the +Rep attitude I love to share so much...Thanks

Yes, it is a HTML code, so just put it onto a new webpage or something and then, set it as your index page, or whatever you want. Make it so it comes up first but I think you will have to edit the buttons or whatever comes with the HTML to direct to your home page..

here is the way I set up what you gave me, btw...+Rep for helping...
I set it up using frontpage, and made a new layer, then imported the html code into it, it works great, much love...lol...took me a while to figure out how to change the color to what I wanted, but it works, and I'm happy...much rep man. Thanks
