Hwo to set Gm/Admin level?

does anyone know the characters for them? like

admin - az
rank A gm =??

OK look at this...

Banstick Commands [b]
banchar: Bans character x with or without reason
unbanchar: Unbans character x
kick: Kicks player from server
paralyze: Roots/Paralyzes the target.
unparalyze: Unroots/Unparalyzes the target.

Chat Control [c]
allowwhispers: Allows whispers from player <s> while in gmon mode.
blockwhispers: Blocks whispers from player <s> while in gmon mode.

Do you see the [C]?
That means what command you give to make them control that area
ex.
cb
That would make that gm only be able to use chat control and banstick controls.

GM rank is 3 i think

[Noobcraft]

1=low level usaly donater gm
2=higher level gm basicly same stuff as level 1
3=regular gm usally best choice
az=admin level highest rank/level
