[RELEASE] Insanely Useful Quest NPC For PvP/Fun Servers

Alrighty, This is a Quest NPC that you can put in your newb areas (spawn locations).

- Instant Level 70
-Instant Exalted Factions
-Ton of gold

(These are all depending on your rates, works best with 999999x Rates)

This is for use with PvP and Fun Servers, As soon as a new player gets on, You won't hear "Gold please" "Where can I level?!" or "Wish it didn't take forever to get rep for crafting"

Because if you place this npc right next to all of your racial spawns, It's pretty straight forward.

I'm using Ascent Rev3003 and NCDB Rev780 and it works perfectly for me, If it doesn't work for you, Idk how to help you, Try editing it youself.
