[Mini Release] GM Vendor With Info Items

This is a vendor and three information items (book-style) to help out your noobish GMs so you dont always have to explain things.

Just contains the following:
<GM> Commands Item*
<GM> Spells Item*
<GM> Ticket Tutorial*
GM Vendor
*item page included

This was tested on NCDB 831.

Please let me know how they turn out, as my server is down for repairs

excuse me but i dont really understand your post... so its a vendor that has GM comands as some kind of book or what?? i really dont understand

its in book format yes, so gms arnt constantly asking admin things
Hellgawd is taking this idea/mini-release to a bigger and better level

well i think this might be usefull but for GM's in my server i make some kind of teaching sessions of all things they can and cant do before i make them GM's lol but nice contribution :P
