How do I make a Custom Trainer?

Hello everyone and thanks for taking your time to read my question.

I've searched and read up on the guides about this here on MMOwned and I did what they said, Set the flag to 16, Add the NPC and the skills to trainer_spells. I deleted my cache, restarted my server and everything said that might help fix this problem.

The issue is, When I click the NPC, I see the book wich means he is a trainer but he doesen't talk. This has probably been asked before but I have tried every solution that came to my mind but I coulden't figure it out.

Any suggestions?

I will rep if anyone gives me a clear answer on how to make it work.

Thats the guide I already tried. Maybe I didn't make my self clear. I want to know how to make a Class Trainer. For example a custom paladin trainer. And I tried that, deleted my cache and it still didnt work.
