Change ranges on attacks

Since hunters have that talent that can increase their range a bit, is there a way to increase range even more or take off the minimum range to shoot at and make it like a spell caster where they can fire at melee range?

yes its posible but its easier if you just change the rnged attack distance in your item table

put in the "Ranged Range" and set it to "100"
