[HELP] Npc whit Weapon's and Armor

Hello i need help whit my npc's i know how to add weapon's to them but when i start to kill them thay use the weapon then put's it away for a sec and then take's it back why ? look's ugly

and is there a way to add armor to them ?

if there is how?

sorry dude the only way to change appearance is model editing you can only add weaps and shields and frills to npcs

go to modeledit section dude

unfortunately the modeleditfix is hard to come by but good luck!!!!!!
