What are you trying to say? Who made Tier 8, lots of people have created Tier 8's on the forum, use search if you are looking for one, otherwise make your question simpler for us to read. Because to be honest mate I do not unserstand what you are saying.

Well I would do mate, but you can just search the forum, there are many different sets, including:

Scryer Sets.
Custom Sets.
Deathknight Sets.
Tier Sets.

The tier sets generally come in tier 7, 8 and 9 together.

Just search the forums mate, its the easiest way!
