guys how i can downgrade my heartstone's cool down i want to take it to 0 sec

Go to wowhead and lookup its item ID, then go in the items table and change cooldown to 0

(Item ID is 694

I would suggest just making your own Hearthstone Ring or something on wow-v.com...quick...simple...and easy.
