thats because you dont have the token in your inventory

Yeah you need to have the token or the amount required to buy it or it will say that the item wasn't found.

mmm just check the requiered item that the vendor is asking you ... lets say for that voidheart mantle you need to add yourself one pauldron of the fallen hero... just type .additem 29762 without anything selected and try to buy it again with the vendor...
