gm sets only take up space in your db >.>... wield the gm robes instead

From what I understand, he got these IDs from a version of WoW Model Viewer. All of the items in the WMV should be made, since the display ID is there.

Yeah, from what I understand he has. I am using the same model viewer he has by the looks of things and he has got them premade from the viewer.
