ok i have my webpage fully customized and everything also everything working fine but i want to make a popup that appear everytime you enter the website that says...Vote for SpartanWOW and two buttons one that says yes and one that says no (ill put the links) and also i want to know how can i add background music so it is polayed in the main page please help me with those two things
