Need help on fixing this chainquest thing! (+Rep if you tell it!)

Look, im trying to create a custom quest but i cant fix it some sort of :S its hard to explain

I want to make a CHAINQUEST but when i go the the mob that has these quests, you can accept them all at the same time, like a chainquest of 3 quests, but when you talk to the npc you can accept them all right away :/
ive putted in [Previous Quest Id] and [Next Quest Id] but you can stil accept them all anyways!

+Rep for the one who shows me how to make GOOD chain quests to be a CHAIN of eachother!

In your SQLyog, go to the quests table and find the columns 'RequiredQuest(1-4)' I'm sure you have to have the required completed quest id's in those..
