Error when using ascent/ac-web repacks

Hi everyone,
my brother is trying to make a private server but whenever he sets up ascent and/or ac-web repacks, it doesn't work. Usually for ascent he just needs to find some missing files that is not a problem, but for ac-web repacks it is a whole other story. When using the ac-web ones he can't even start up the realm. Whenever he clicks the application to start the realm, he opens up and closes instantly. I'm afraid I don't have any screenshots or specifics of what it says because I'm on a different computer then he is and he is at work. I'm hoping someone knows what error I'm talking about and can help us fix this problem.

You dont open the realmserver.exe , dont open it , you dont need it

ahh okay, ty for the help, I'll tell him to try doing that next time, and I'll keep you updated on any errors we may find
