Hiring Developers for my repack

i dont want much just some skills like:
Requirements:

• SQL knowledge
• A fantasy, vision and ideas from the individual. You may get a whole area to edit yourself, so you really need to brainstorm from time to time
• Good ideas!=Good implementation. You need to be able to WRITE the quest/npc/object/item as well as think of it
• The ability to work for and with people
• The ability to discuss with the people you work for, and not just take orders. We need your view on this too
• A certain maturity and possibly age
• A little more than just the basic WoW knowledge
• The will to make this server awesome
• Time
• how to work with c++
• help with my repack-database
• ill make him/her admin or gm in my server
• help me with a new zone im thinking about a new event zone fu0ll with mobs and event from there only will drop tier 7 and other cool items
• open seats 7
• if u want u can try my regular server wirh knaur's repack

I'm personally not interested as I have my hands full with my own stuff, but I thought I should mention that you may want to say which server emu you will be developing under as that does make a difference for some people.

i want to make a very good repack whitout to steal anything from persons but to make a new with a team who can help me it will e more different from the done now im using knaur norwegian i like it so i decidet to make a new iv seen almost every funserver repack and i say to my self why dont i make repack all my friends agree i wont steal anything perhaps u can help me with something if u want

do u think im doing developing here i dont steah anyting and i wont because i want players to see my info of the repack nad think by them selfs should the join the team if u wanr u can become on of us we have for seats open

I would be interested, but I have never really made a repack... generally all i do is edit databases (all I am really good at is making mobs and npcs and quests and that such)...

But my brain is chuck full of ideas if it makes a difference.

But you claim you dont steal stuff from others, but a day before you Jellies posted that SAME EXACT requirements in her post for her custom DB. You copy and pasted it, thats stealing in its own right.
