Download a normal repack and add the script for it manually :P

The problem is you are using a old database with a new repack or the other way around. This will occur cause of the new database structure in 2.3. What repack are you using and what database?

possibility:
- you dont have MySQL running (i doubt about that)
- DB - core relation structure is bad, updated needed (this will be the problem probably)
- the scripts for illidan are C++ you have to compile them with ascent or get a precompile core with the scripts enabled
