Where can i get ascent websites that are not hosted with Wamp ?

That are not hosted with wamp or other PhP hosting softwares. I found a cool website before, real simple but very usefull.

It had a "Start.bat" and a "stop.bat" and it had 2 skeletons in the backround of the page. I don't remember where i got it but it was on mmowned.

If anyone knows of a good working website that works like that or they know where to get the website i was explaining, please link it here.
