[Share] Rulebook for Mangos (ingame item added when players start!)

What happens is every new character will have the realm's rulebook in
their inventory. Just change 'REALM' in the script to your own
server/realm name and adjust page text to reflect your rules. My Book
uses the displayid '1134' which is a red and gold book. If you search
around the DB for other books you can use another displayid of your
choice as well.

just found this... its for mangos, but with small modification you can make it work for ascent
