Banned questions or Thread topics

I have noticed that every day after patch 2.3.0 with all the new problems, theres been a panic, so theres a need to not clutter the forums, and get our own answers. Here I will make a list of topic which either:
A: are answered in a sticky, L2Read.
B: are being posted multiple times a week
C: are Outdated and inpractical except for people exploring game mechanics.
D: are completely useless
E: are questions which are asked and answered multiple times DAILY!!!
F: are ridiculous, such as how do I make a server?(multiple threads explaining for each kind of db/repack already)

Also here are a thread to other forum guidelines.

--Note to WoWLegemd amd Errage. These things would probably reduce forum clutter her eover 50%, so maybe just delete threads like ones below except for unique config questions etc which really do need to be answered? Also give infraction point for each offense to help discourage doing this, because for example last month there was 21 threads made on how to get DisplayIDs... and theres always people sking exact same config questions.(or maybe 2 points cuz 10=:banned:banned:banned:
