[Ascent] The newbish question

ok i have been working in mangos and now im new to ascent i have a wroking ascent server thanks to chrispee repack and everything is ok now i want to use a 2.3.0 version of wow so i downloaded ascent rev 2235 or something like that and i use a blank milestone .2.3 database and everything is correct so now my question is how can i make a teleport NPC or a warp NPC better known i have read a lot of guides that says something about compiling but i cant download tortoise so is there another way i can do this maybe someone can help me do one teleporter so i just can add the .dll and the sql files wherever they are suposed to be and be happy forever can anyone help me please
