Working Vendors in 2.3.0

If your vendors aren't working in 2.3.0, simply save or execute this coding into your database. Its not a complex problem, but the npc flags were changed around and this fixes em. Hope this helps some of yall out there. Here are the stats of what our server is currently running:

Yes and no. Found the new flags on another forum in a basic x = y setup.

X = Old Flag
Y = New Flag

A friend from another server pointed me in the right direction and then it was just a matter of playing around with things. So did I figure out the new flags no. Did I have help, yes.

My vendor still won't work. possibly this are only few of the flags changed ?
