    Release: Spell.dbc

    Spell.dbc Rev 1 for funservers

    edited almost all spell cooldowns and spellcastimes to 0 ...

    rev 2 will have all spellcooldowns and spellcastimes edited and all buffs will last longer(havent decided yet how long)
