Skill up increase rate?

How do i increase the skill up rate of all the professions and weapon skills etc?

If you use ascent, open ascent.conf, scroll down to rates, you should find something like this

<Rates Health="2"

Go down to the

SkillChance="100"
SkillRate="5"

And edit whatever you want, this has a 100% chance to increase skill and increases it by 5 each time

Unsure if this works for proffessions but it works for weapons
