[question] how do i tweak my server database, to sort out small problems?

hi, i just turned the server on, for my GM's to check this new database i got, but there are a few things they have noticed that need to been changed, like when u jump and fall from a small distance, you lose to much health, and fraction guards are too strong, and also there was an update that came with the database that was ment to come with tier 6 and 7 armour, but it dosent work, and by dosent work i mean navicat wont accpet it, i get a message saying "[Err] 1146 - Table 'mysql.time_zone_name' doesn't exist". so can some1 tell me how i tweak my database to fix these problems., or link me, to a great database, that has like no issues with it at all lol (blizzlike).

    cheers for your time.
