Negative 10 Penetration

As we all know. Without penetration things just arent that fun or enjoyable.

Even when I create a fresh new character my spell penetration is negative 10 makign everybody reist my spells.

How do I fix this?

Hmm my guess would be inside the "Playercreateinfo" Or the "PlayerLevel_Stats" tables inside your database....

No it is because your Server is old
It happen to much, Basically your Gear is to Over powered
that it makes it - Damage
if you get it at level 1
try checking out Table "Playerinfo" like Daxo said
