Error 2003: Cannot connect to the MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)

So, erhm hey.

I made a server some time ago on this PC, but one day it just wouldnt work anymore. I didnt mind, so i just found my old laptop, installed the server there with hamachi, so i still was able to use a private realm.

Now, i want the server to be on THIS computer, but everytime i try to install MySQL, i get the following error:



I tried everything, deleting old folders, installing in new path, removing services etc etc. But I really cant get it work.

Any help, will get apreciated alot! +Rep xD

Hmm i had the same problem what i did was deleted mysql fully, i mean when to program fiels and deleted that, then i clicked start search and wrote in mysqld, and deleted those files. they are the saves on the comp about hte pass and stuff. tell em if that works. Then just install mysql again. Hope this helped.
