19 PvP Twink Weaps!

Hello!
I saw much people who wanted to make a Twink Server so i thought about making some Weaps for them.. here they are! They are made for level 19 chars and they are very balanced.You can use them for a twink server or just use them to help the players on your server while leveling . Its my first attempt to please dont flame me if you dont like them but you can tell me what ive done wrong or what i could change .

+rep for the work in trying to make these balanced, one question though.... on the Axe of the Cruel Snake, wouldnt it be sensible to just put 11 stam instead of 9 stam and 20 health? What was your Reasoning behind that?

Its a old screen the axe got 20 str and 9 stam i fixed it and was to lazy to make a new screen
