2 things, what are the map ids, and whats command to reach the areas?

To use the recall loctions you'll need to type .recall port <name of the place you want to port to>
I don't really see the point in this list as some of those arnt in other repacks and it just seems like these ones were ripped from the norweigen repack. Then theres also the thing in game where you type .recall list. It'll then list all the places you are able to port to. And you have a recall table in your SQL databases, which lists them all anyway....on one page! -.-
