Zul'amon Possible

Is it possible to get the Zul'amon instance working with out having to get a brand new database.

Yup it was one of Venice Release , the instance working

is it possible to get the mobs in Zul'Amon where they are spawned. What i mean by working is that the mobs are in the instance to and people can go into it.

As of what i know the only thing that people can do is go into it but there is nothing to fight.
