Crit chance with items

What is going on? When I add items to my toon, my crit chance goes negative instead of positive. my toon is lvl 100 and no armor or items with +crit will ad to my crit, instead, it subtracts that amout. Anyone else with this problem, and how do I fix it?

It's because of the level cap. Not exactly sure what's going wrong.

Just change it back to 70 if it gets to be a major prob.
