is it possible to make a Pre Tbc server?
If it is can any1 tell me how.?

well, in your account table, where you see flags, ppl either set those to 8 for tbc or 0 for not having tbc :P, so I guess thats the same thing as u want.

Just remove the 8 and add a 0 at flags column in accounts

you can download one of the old wowemu packs or other packs... 1.12 packs
Or if you want your server to be up to date then download one of the latest cores + DBs and play on it with a normal wow client (as said above by X-Cynic )
