crit/hit/haste work backwords

I made a ascent server recently, so far its just me and a few friends playing on it. Im trying to fix all the bugs so I can go public with it, although I have 1 major bug left I cant seem to fix. Whenever an item with crit hit or haste rating on it, the +rating subtracts from the current rating. So if a player has all +crit gear, they never crit, all +hit, they always miss, all +haste, the attack realllllllly slow. Anyone know how to fix this?

well whats your level cap? Cause I had a similar issue a time ago, that when u have level cap at for example 90 and you equip level 70 gear the critt goes from + to -
