Aurilles Repack Question

I have Aurilles Repack 3.71 and i upgraded to 5.24, is there a way to get all my characters and accounts from the 3.71 onto the 5.24?

Back up the following tables:

Accounts
Characters
Charters
Corpses
Guild_ranks
Guilds
Playeritems
Playerpetspells
Playersummonspells

back them up and then what, thats it?

how would I go about backing them up?

Right click on your database and backup as a SQL dump, choose which of the tables you want to backup, and then execute the saved file as a batch after you execute your new database.
