Looking for server suggestions please!

Looking around is a little daunting with so many servers and not really knowing the best places to look.

Looking for a server to play on, either BC / Wotlk / Cata. I'd prefer mostly working content, so whichever is best for that.
1. Mostly Blizzlike
2. PvE focus
3. increased rates (like 2-10x)
4. Maybe slightly dumbed down content, to make up for smallet player base. (Ex. 2-3 man instances, 1group raids etc)

Any suggestions? Or even pointing me in the best places to search would be a big help. Thanks!
