Locked Characters

On my server I've been having alot of characters get locked and completley unusable. Basicly once in a while when someone DC's when they try to log back on to that char they get a WoW Error and ascent shows it as "player login query failed., guid ###".

I've had two of my chars locked, 17 in total on my server.

thats wierd idk why that would be happening i dont have much exp with ascent though

try updating your core... cuz we are using the latest core and we dont have this problem

Hmmm, i have a few questions,

1 - Do you have a large amount of custom items in your SQL?

2 - Do people use model edits, big lag or something add-ons

3 - What patch are you running on?

Model edits and addons are 100% client side so it can't be the cause of this.

Actually yes it could, with small network setup of emulation servers, it could cause major lag or glitchyness, plus some servers issue model edits for custom content and some people recomend addons on the main site so people will DL them so lots of the server would have the same. On emulation, stuff like that could cause big problems.

Im on patch 2.1.3, about 10custom items, and only addon is cosmos.
