Looking for 3.3.X server

Hi, I'm looking for a 3.3.X server. Heres some of the stuff I am looking for:

Either Instant 80 or 50x+ Leveling rates
Atleast 8+ people online at any given time
No custom content
Working dungeons/heroics with queues that aren't dead

Anyone know of such server? Most of the Instant 80 servers I find are all PvP only or the dungeons are locked/don't work.

Also, are there any custom content servers out there ( Any patch/xpack ) that has actually hard/challenging content?

Most custom content servers do 10 Man custom raids that are usually solo-able and give OP epics with really high stats. I'm talking about blizzlike difficulty custom content
