Hey all got a couple questions and also looking for server recommendations
I know this horse has been beaten severely but I feel as though your experience and my criteria can help narrow down a server for myself
Way more efficiently than google searching (especially when googling only brings up vote sites), which is how I found this site.
Anyways on to it then...

Im looking for a 3.3.5 or cata server
- blizzlike
--portals to capitals are cool
-- no mall / custom items
-- as close as possible to not pay2win. I hear Molten wow (which just got hacked!) is like that and man don't want that
- low rate
-- I don't wanna level at 1x rate (btdt)
-- but don't wanna go as fast as 20x for me 15x is already pushing it
-- in between 5x - 15x?
-- I don't want to level thru vanilla (would love to start at 58/6 that's also an option if it's a low rate server
- active and populated
-- to me this is the most important
-- I want to be able to find a rdf/raid instantly or be able to set one up with ease
--English speaking
Lastly the obvious 'no lag'. I'm in North America.
That's my criteria hopefully you can help me find my wow home!!
Also I haven't tried these servers but was hoping on your opinions of
-Dalaran wow (1X server but looks good)
- Gamerdistrict
-Crogges server (3x but has optional start lvl70)

I have a 72 level toon on dalaran, i think it is pretty decent server.
