me and my friend is going to do some raids... but how do i make another account tried .create <lol> <lol> but get a error...

Are you using Navicat? If so, open your "Accounts" table and set "gm" to "az" (All without the quotes)

Or just "a" if you want the account to be a GM account but not admin, "a" doesn't have access to restarting the server or reloading tables.

i got Navicat installed but i dident use it to make the server.... aint there a in-game command?

There is an in-game command to create the account, but to promote someone to GM, you're going to have to use Navicat.
