Chaning NPC names?

How do i do it? I tried the commands for GMs, but they don't work. I'm using Ascent. Can someone give mt eh commands? Oh and while i'm at it, how do you (if possible) add a vendor to an NPC?

It is possible to change an npcs name but if you do so it will look like the same name as before to every body unless they delete their cache folder in C:/Program files/World of Warcraft/, so I suggest you just make a completely new npc all together. If you want to turn an npc into a vendor, open up your creatureproto and go to that npcs entry and change the npcflags to 4 and restart your server.
