Looking For a 255 WoTLK Server

I've been scrounging around Open-WoW for a decent 255 server. The only ones i've found that actually have a decent amount of players are Eternal and Oblivion, played both, gotten bored of both, quickly.

I need something to fill that spot, I haven't been able to find a single server that intrests me other than Panda-WoW which is a broken MoP Server filled with Russians. So i'm looking for a 255 Server, here's what i'm looking for
-Decent Population (10+ People at all times, or in the daytime.)
-Decent Community (English speakers, people willing to help/give tips)
-Decent Way of Gearing (Solo-able Gearing Dungeons)
-Fast Leveling (Obviously it's 255 so it won't take long, but 255 servers are all about the endgame, and one of the things that turns me off about Eternal is how long it takes to hit 255, obviously it doesn't take that long, maybe a couple of hours or so, but as I said before it's all about the endgame, and you should be able to hit cap in about 30Min-1HR.)
-Active Forums (Since the population I want isn't too high of a number, it doesn't have to be insanely active, but if I want to check the forums for a guide on gearing, I want to be able to find a thread on it)

I only know Wow Heroes, played 1 hour there and got bored
