Help with configuring realmlist

Hello all, today my one friend from school had told me about this private server. Apparently his old friend from florida set up his own private server and such. So today as I was on the phone with him as he was telling me how to set it up, I tried saving the new IP adress into the document. As I tired to click save though, it says that I need permission from the Admin of the computer... though I am the admin myself seeing that its my comp.


So basically what im asking is that, is there anyway to get said " Permission " in order to save it? I have a windows vista...... great comps eh? [ Insert Sarcasm Here ]
