Item trouble! Plz help!

im having trouble with items on my server.
its an antrix server. i go to a vendor just a regular one like in the real WoW. and i try to get an item and it says "Item not found".
it does this with most of the items i try to buy. Plz help

Please use REGULAR sized text, otherwise I shrink it to as small as it will go.
