Weapon Skills?

How would it be so you WOULD'NT need weapons skills to hit high leveled monsters? As in, Remove it from the server?

IF you are a GM there is a command to increase it but I forget it. As far as taking weapon skills out, I'm not sure if you can do that.

IM not gunna be able to .advanceallskills 350 on every person online. Is there a way to "remove" it so weapon skill doesn't matter?

a better idea if ur using a recent ascent rev, in ascent.conf u can edit the file to change the weapon skill rate and frequency, so u could hit 1 thing and poof max weapon skill. or just make them actually get the weapon skill its easy enough.

Where Exactly To Change?! In antrix.conf? what line if u can tell me a bit where to change it because i look it and nothing find ! so maybe u can help me a bit whit it ! Thanks in advance

oh ur using antrix, hmm thats old but if ur familar wth antrix i would upgrade to the new ascent as its the same just new name and more updated, but in the ascent.conf thats where u would edit those numbers around to your liking.

You'll need to update, and edit these lines in ascent.conf:

SkillChance="2"
SkillRate="5">

The first is the chance that the weapon skill will increase, the other is how much.

so,
SkillChance="100"
SkillRate="375">
Would pretty much fix your problem.

or alternatively if u don't want to upgrade although i strongly suggest, it u could just make a custom npc that has like 3 billion hp and can never be killed and is perma rooted so he can't move that u can attack and they do like 0 damage to u and u go afk for 30 minutes and volia weapon skill 350.

I've made those before, lol. I made it's attack 1-1 and it's attack speed 35000 (Every 35 seconds). Those were the good days. :P

Well I cant find the Skillrate !? Only skill change was 1 and skill rate nothing what should i do!?

I had fixed them from before, from default, theire both 1.

So..I cant make them 1 shot .... max skill? that is not realy good i want to rise them up a bit to incrase a bit more fast the skill so nothing to do!? if ye tell me how and where to change and what !... thanks!
