Connection problem.......

Ok, i tell my friend to try connect to my server, BUT he cant connect, ive done the guide on making my server public with out hamarchi.
The thing is, i use my IP made from dyndns.com and it works perfectly for me.

My friend goes to connect to my homepage Via my IP address (Apache) and it doesnt work, but yet again, It does for me......

Why can't it work for others?

Note: I have NO router..so its nothing to do with things that don't work
