Ac Ultimate Repack Error With Mysql

AC ULTIMATE REPACK ERROR WITH MYSQL, it says:
Error: do you already have a MySQLD server running on port 3306, how do i fix this anyone? thanks for any help, have no idea why this is happening now..

means what it says. did you try to log on to your db with sqlyog or navicat? if that doesnt work id reinstall mysql. but make sure after you uninstall you go to your program files folder and delete the mysql folder out of there or you wont be able to access your db with the new installation
