    Please help me with this noob prob

    I can't figure out how to make another character a gm with ascent. I found the files accounts.FRM accounts.MYD and accounts.MYI yet i can't look at them. I've tried pretty much every program like vb6 ect. I must just be retarded right now or something. I guess thats what happens when you don't go to bed all night >.<
