Server/realm bug

Hi, my friend made a server, but when i connect and choose the realm, it says "Logging in to game server" and then takes me back onto the realm selection. any ideas? help would be much appreciated.

I'm not sure, tell him to open these ports-

3306
3724
8093
8129

If that doesn't work, try shutting norton off, if it works then, then it's nortons fault (This actually helped me host WC3 Servers ) If it doesn't work, might aswell turn it on again.

(Note that I suck at these things.)

No, it didnt work, my friend added all the ports and some others, but didnt work, i guess ports isnt the rpoblem, thanks for trying anyway
